As a new employee at Daon, you will participate in our comprehensive New Employee Orientation (NEO) program which takes place in Dublin, Ireland. Here you will not only learn more about our culture and products but also develop relationships with other team members from around the world, while getting a deeper understanding of the factors that impact on the success of your area.

We also encourage all new employees to agree their work objectives with their line manager within thirty days of joining. This feeds into employee's personal and professional development plans and our annual review process.

As part of our corporate career development strategy we encourage further education, attendance at industry learning events and participation in technology associations.
